Reporting application bugs
When you run into an application related bug, feel free to reach out to us via email.
Someone on the team will respond to you shortly.
Make sure to include the following information:
- Operating system + Version
- Platform (arm mac, intel mac, etc)
- Node version
- Npm version
- Screenshots of the bug
Reporting issues where the agent is not working
Slate runs on the latest language models. This means sometimes, it won’t be able to do a task.
In this case, you can report an issue using the /bug command.
This will send the conversation transcript to our team to diagnose the issue.
